Founder & Psychotherapist

While taking a psychology course at Southwestern Adventist University- that’s when I realized the human mind is cable to do so many things and even our environment is able to create influence in this. While working at in various positions as a mental health counselor, I decide to start a specialization in equine therapy services. While working with horses, it has provided a powerful space for emotional regulation, building intrapersonal connection, and deepening the therapeutic process in ways talk therapy alone sometimes cannot. My mission is to help you process past hurts, gain self-awareness, and develop practical tools to thrive.

In current works outside of equine therapy, I have experience working with individuals who struggles with substance abuse, emotional dysregulation, realtionships, traumatic events, and ADHD. I have worked with children, students, and adults.

Equine Specialist

From the time I was 4 years old, horses have been a constant part of my life. I began riding as a young child and have had the opportunity to explore both English and Western disciplines, developing a deep appreciation for the unique partnership between horse and rider.

Today, I specialize in retraining off-the-track Thoroughbreds, helping them transition into successful second careers and find loving new homes. I also enjoy competing in hunter/jumper and dressage, where I continue to learn and grow alongside my horses.

One of the most rewarding parts of equine therapy is watching children discover a love for horses the same way I did as a kid. There is something truly special about seeing their confidence grow, their smiles brighten, and the connections they build with these incredible animals.

I believe horses have a unique way of helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered. I'm grateful to be part of a program where clients can experience the healing, joy, and personal growth that horses have brought to my own life for so many years
